We pride ourselves on the quality of our dental care as well as on our fairness in our financial arrangements with our patients. If you have insurance we will be glad to file your claim. However your dental benefit plan is a contract between you, your employer and your insurance carrier.
In order to keep cost and fees at a minimum for all our patients payment is expected as services are rendered. Prior to treatment, we will provide an estimate of what we think your insurance plan will pay. Please read over your insurance benefits and become familiar with your limitations and services covered. If your insurance does not cover the entire fee you will be responsible for the balance.
Dental Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients we will file insurance claims through our office. We expect payment on the day of treatment for the percentage of the total bill not covered by insurance. We cannot be responsible for negotiating the settlement of a disputed claim. The ultimate responsibility for payment rests with the patient. If an insurance payment has not been received within 90 days, the account must be paid in full.

- BlueCross BlueShield plan for FEP, federal retirees, and PPO commercial dental network
- CIGNA Dental Network Savings Program (DNSP)
- and all insurance plans that provide benefits for the dentist of your choice
Payment Plans
We accept cash, checks, Master Card and Visa. We offer a 5% discount for all advance cash, credit, and check payments for orthodontic treatment.
Third party financing is offered through CareCredit with 6 or 12 month (No Interest) and 24, 26, 48, or 60 month (Low Interest) that are subject to CareCredit credit approval.
